SEGALS OUTDOOR FURNITURE CARE, MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
To protect your outdoor furniture and keep it looking beautiful we strongly recommend using outdoor protective covers when not in use for all furniture, even under covers areas. These not only keep the furniture clean but will prolong the life of your furniture.
Covers are an absolute necessity for any goods that are in full weather exposure (with the exception of aluminium furniture frames only) and after care products will be required more often for goods in full weather. Segals sell a large range of suitable covers in all stores and online that have been specially designed to suit our range of furniture. Covers are to be removed at regular intervals and furniture cleaned.
Like with all furniture, extra care such as placemats and coasters during use help protect your new furniture from scratches and spills caused by usage. Wipe all spillages promptly to avoid damage not covered by the warranty. Acidic products (juice, alcohol, coke etc.) can cause etching/damage to the surface and oily or colour spillage can cause stains. Use ONLY warm mild soapy water to clean furniture. Harsh chemicals are not necessary and may cause damage to the surface of the furniture. Mould is a common occurrence in the outdoors. Please ensure any mould is removed and cleaned promptly to avoid staining or damage.

WARRANTY APPLICATIONS
For all warranty applications please contact our Customer Care Team
You must advise us within 7 days when a defect is identified, as failure to do so may adversely affect your rights to a remedy if your failure to advise us causes additional damage or defects in the Product. Segals will repair or replace, at its sole option, any goods which upon inspection by Segals prove to have failed in normal use due solely to a defect in workmanship or material. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty will not cover damage caused or contributed by carelessness, lack of maintenance, departure from care and maintenance advised, improper installation, misuse, abuse or use for purposes other than that for which the goods were designed. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Segals is not liable for direct, consequential, indirect, alteration, incidental or special loss or damage resulting from carelessness, improper installation, misuse, abuse or use for purposes other than that for which the goods were designed.
Commercial warranties include limited 12 months on all items, excluding commercial use of umbrellas which is not covered.
For any glass warranty claim, we do require a picture of the broken glass prior to clean up.
Romalpha Clause : Property in goods supplied will not pass to the purchaser until they, and all other goods supplied by Segals Oasis, have been paid for in full.
